Winter Concert Tickets are available on SchoolCash Online – please visit SchoolCashOnline | Happy Valley for instructions on set up your account.
We are happy to announce that this year we will be hosting Winter concerts at Happy Valley. It is an excellent opportunity to have students showcase what they have been learning in music this year. We are hoping that students will be able to attend both performances on the day they are assigned unless ill. We recognize that some families will have students in concerts on both days as that is the challenge with a large school community. Each day of concerts will be different as each class is performing different songs. The concert tickets will be free but we are asking for a food donation for our local food bank.
This year the Happy Valley Winter Concerts will be on Wednesday, December 10th and Thursday, December 11th. The afternoon concerts will be from 1-2pm and the evening concerts will be from 6:30-7:30pm. As our school is too large to have our concert on one night, half of the classes will perform on Wednesday and the other half will perform on Thursday.

Further information on tickets will be coming next week. Tickets are free, but our seating capacity is set by fire regulations.
The process for retakes is different than in previous years. Please carefully read the information below.
Catch Up Photo Day:
- Did you miss the first photo day or are needing a retake? Retakes are offered for expression, poor posture, or head tilt; not for personal style changes (ie: change of clothing or hair). Please note all glass glare is removed on final prints.
- If you would like your photo taken, we will be at your school on: November 12 2025

- The login code to access your images is on the yellow QR flyer your child was given on photo day. Please check with them.
- Any active email address can be used to login.
- Your order deadline is: October 30 2025
- All orders will be shipped to the school. If you miss the deadline, your order will be shipped with your school’s Catch Up Photo Day orders at no extra cost, however this will take 3-5 weeks.
